Develop and design of an IFE procedures manual in order to ensure the provision of quality services and consistency of all IFE Products.
Establish regular contacts with all vendors and suppliers to ensure delivery of IFE quality Products.
Monitor quality of IFE content and materials to ensure adherence to the Airline’s programming guidelines and screening policies.
Compile statistics on IFE usage to assist in planning of IFE content and services.
Effective communication with engineering for repairs of equipment as and when required.
