Equipment management
- Editing of a Catering procedures manual in order to guarantee efficient equipment management and to ensure availability of equipment and supplies at base and in outstations.
- Definition of quantity standards for galley and cabin supplies, equipment for each type of aircraft.
- Implementation of an inventory schedule system in order to analyse monthly consumptions per station forecasts of equipment and to ensure that they are in line with the company network, aircraft rotation and services required.
- On the basis of inventories and monthly forecasts of equipment consumption, implementation of an accurate supply policy ensuring stock reduction leading to cost savings.
- Base or outstations visits for physical checking of inventories or for backup operations.
- Effective communication with engineering for repairs of equipment as and when required.
