Quality reporting

  • In close collaboration with the Cabin Attendants and guest relations divisions, compilation of quality reports in order to:
  • Communicate immediately non conformities to Catering, On Board Products and Services suppliers leading to immediate corrective actions and financial compensation if foreseen in agreements.
  • Evaluate if Catering, On Board Products and Services created for the Airline are in line with passengers expectations and needs.
  • Evaluate suppliers permanently regarding consistency of Airline approved quality and respect of specifications.
  • Make recommendations to facilitate decision-making of R&D and Marketing Departments to upgrade existing Catering and On Board Products / Services and to source, review and design new ones.
  • On site review of Caterer’s facility and operations ensure that food processing safety, quality assurance and hygiene programmes are maintained at base and in outstations.
