  • Ensuring In-flight Catering and On Board Products and Services planned for the Airline, adhering to the corporate vision and the laid down objectives of the Airline.
  • Ensuring In-flight Catering and On Board Products and Services fit the Airline approved quality, consistency, service and financial parameters (budgets).
  • Assisting in the development of In-flight Products for existing & new aircraft fleet, and instigating continuous improvement of the same through innovative thinking, research and benchmarking of leaders in the hospitality industry. Ensuring that In-flight products are the main concern of both crew and guests enabling the company to be recognized as a leading Airline.
  • Maintaining corporate identity requirements for all jobs undertaken on behalf of the Airline.
