On board sales (Food and Beverages / Duty Free)
- Develop and design an On board retail program which represents a high revenue opportunity for the Airline by providing the most attractive range of branded products at the most affordable price for the different defined passengers profiles.
- With specialized partners, organize and control the complete outsourcing of retail operations leading to minimization of the risks for the Airline.
- With specialized partners, develop and design the On board Sales Magazine.
- Develop and design o f an On board Sales procedures manual in order to ensure a correct, trustful cash management and sales reporting system.
- Analyse sales reports in order to ensure that existing Catering and Duty Free products are matching the customer profiles/preferences and are generating high profitability.
- Contact specialized suppliers and negotiate to get exclusive and latest products.
- Organize Cabin Attendant incentives and training on sales techniques and products to ensure they fully implement and support the On board retail program.
