On board services management

  • In close cooperation with the Cabin Attendant Department, development and design of an On Board Services procedures manual to be used as reference ensuring the quality and the consistency of On Board Services in accordance with all Cabin Attendant’s functions and duties.
  • Compile training material, communicate On Board Services procedures and standards to Training Department.
  • Ensure proper and effective communication to Cabin Attendants through permanent updates and briefings.
  • Conduct independent flight audits in order to evaluate and enhance performed On Board Services.
